Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We don't offer international shipping at this time, but that may change in the future.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No hidden fees, no minimum order required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Since each item is handmade to order or pulled from limited small-batch stock, processing can occasionally take a little longer during busier periods — we'll always keep you posted if that happens.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way, so you can follow it the whole way.

These are estimates rather than guarantees — carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods (like the holidays) can occasionally push delivery times a little further out.

Packaging

Because many of our pieces are handmade and one of a kind, we pack each item carefully to make sure it arrives in the same condition it left us in. If anything does arrive damaged, just reach out — see our Return & Refund Policy for how we'll make it right.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If your order hasn't moved in a while or hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at contact@soacems.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and around your property first, since carriers occasionally mark packages delivered a day or two early. If it still doesn't turn up, contact us at contact@soacems.com and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.

Multiple Items

If you order more than one item at a time, they may occasionally ship separately depending on stock — you'll get a tracking number for each shipment.
