Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy or use Soacems AI Content Engine (the “Software”) from SOACEMS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17514274, with its registered office at Unit 15 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. The Software
Soacems AI Content Engine is a WordPress plugin that helps you draft, optimise and publish content. Features available to you depend on the version you install. AI features rely on third-party AI providers that you connect with your own API keys; any fees charged by those providers are your responsibility.
2. Plans and licenses
- Personal: use on 1 website.
- Professional: use on up to 5 websites.
- Agency: use on an unlimited number of websites you own or manage.
Each purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of websites included in your plan. You may not resell, sublicense or share your license key.
3. Yearly and lifetime billing
Yearly plans include updates and support for 12 months from the date of purchase and do not renew automatically. After 12 months the Software continues to work on your sites, but you will not receive new updates or support until you buy a new yearly plan. Lifetime plans are a single payment and include updates and support for as long as we continue to maintain the Software.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are charged at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
5. Delivery
After payment your license key is emailed to you and is available under License keys in your account on soacems.com.
6. Refunds
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase as described in our refund policy.
7. Your content and responsibility
You are responsible for the content you create and publish with the Software, including checking AI-generated text for accuracy, originality and compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the services you use. AI output can be incorrect and should always be reviewed before publishing.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the Software to create unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content, or to breach the terms of any AI provider or platform.
9. Support and updates
Support is provided by email at contact@soacems.com while your plan includes support. We may release updates that add, change or remove features.
10. Liability
The Software is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of search rankings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Termination
We may deactivate a license key that is used in breach of these terms. You can stop using the Software at any time.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
