Our Story

Soacems LLC started in 2026, in Delaware, out of a pretty simple annoyance: finding good handmade accessories online usually meant scrolling through dozens of shops, half of which had terrible photos and no real info on what you were actually getting.

We wanted one place where you could find crochet keychains, bag charms, and small handmade pieces that actually look like their photos when they show up. That's basically it. Nothing more complicated than that.

We're still small. A couple of people handle everything from picking what we sell to answering your emails. If you write in with a question, you're not getting a copy-pasted response from a support queue somewhere — you're getting an answer from someone who's actually looked at what you're asking about.

What We Carry

Soacems LLC is registered as an LLC in Delaware. Our focus is handmade and handcrafted accessories — mostly crochet keychains, bag charms, and small decorative pieces that make good gifts or just nice everyday additions to your bag or keys.

Since a lot of what we sell is made by hand, expect small differences between pieces. Two of the "same" keychain might have slightly different shading or stitching. That's not a mistake on our end, it's just what handmade means.

How We're Set Up

We run this entirely online, out of Seaford, Delaware. No call center, no chatbot pretending to be a person. When you email us, an actual human reads it.

Shipping is free on US orders, returns are 30 days, and we try not to make either of those complicated. If something goes wrong with your order, tell us and we'll fix it — that's not a slogan, it's just what we do.

Our Promise

We're not trying to be the next big marketplace. Honestly, we'd rather stay small and get things right than grow fast and start cutting corners. If you order from us and you're happy with it, that matters more to us than almost anything else.
