Our Promise to You

We want you to genuinely love what you ordered. If something isn't right, let us know and we'll do our best to make it right.

Return Eligibility

You can return an item within 30 days of the delivery date. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and — since many of our pieces are handmade — free of any damage that happened after delivery.

How to Request a Return

1. Reach out first: Email us at contact@soacems.com with your order number and a short note about why you'd like to return the item. If it arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please include a photo — it helps us sort things out faster.
2. Wait for confirmation: We'll get back to you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return address.
3. Send it back: Once you have our confirmation, ship the item back with a tracking number so we can keep an eye on it in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered, we'll cover the cost of the return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever worksa best for you.

If you've simply changed your mind, you're welcome to return the item within 30 days, but return shipping in that case is on you, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method since we can't issue a refund for a return that doesn't arrive.

Refund Process

Once we receive and check over your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as it's issued, and the money goes back to your original payment method.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: full refund, including original shipping costs, no questions asked.
Change-of-mind returns: full refund of the item price once we've received it back in its original condition; return shipping isn't included.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order shows up damaged or isn't quite right, email us at contact@soacems.com with your order number and a couple of photos. Depending on the situation, we'll either send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever gets things sorted fastest for you. We handle these case by case, so just reach out and we'll walk you through it.

Please Note

Because many of our items are handmade, small natural variations in stitching, shading, or shape aren't considered defects and aren't eligible for return on that basis alone — this is simply part of what makes each piece unique.
