This policy explains how refunds work for Soacems AI Content Engine licenses sold by SOACEMS LIMITED on soacems.com.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Soacems AI Content Engine is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. This applies to every plan: Personal, Professional and Agency, on both yearly and lifetime billing.
How to request a refund
Email contact@soacems.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and the email address used at checkout. You do not need to give a reason, although feedback helps us improve.
What happens next
- We confirm your request by email, normally within two business days.
- The license key linked to the order is deactivated and can no longer be used.
- The refund is sent to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
After 14 days
Requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law or where the product is faulty and we cannot fix the problem.
Yearly plans
Yearly plans do not renew automatically, so you will never be charged again without placing a new order.
Upgrades
If you upgrade to a higher plan, you pay the difference. The 14-day period for the upgrade payment starts on the date of the upgrade.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
